System Map:

This is the most comprehensive list of our alters and fragments, which we began to document in 1997. Some alters are not listed here because they asked not to be listed. All of these alters were active (meaning they were able to take control of the body and interact with the system) sometime between 1997 and 1999. Since then, many alters have decided to sleep, or merge/blend with other alters. For example, it is uncommon for us to have one little in control of the body, but rather a blend of littles at once who now use the group name Lil Crew.

Places: There are other fragments and alters who are not listed who stay in three locations in our system. These are safe places for them to remain asleep or unaware of each other (usually by choice or necessity for body safety).

System Map: Part Two

This part of the system map provides more detail of why an alter or fragment was created, which major split they were created in, and where we were living at the time of the split. To protect our safety, we have changed the places to just the state name when the city was a small town.

The Lost One - (St. Louis; 0) Birth person. Abused. Split because abuse worsened.
Duke - (St. Louis; 1) Controls resources/energy. Helps take care of the body.
Rachel - (St. Louis; 1) Takes care of those sleeping/fragments. Helped system develop, controlled early switching. Kept watch to switch alters. Historian.
Singer - (St. Louis; 1) Helped littles one feel safe by singing, which also helped dissociation. Assisted Rachel.
Tears - (St. Louis; 1) Took the earliest of the abuse.
JeniPeni - (Missouri; 2) The little who had fun and played like a normal child.
Emalee - (Missouri; 3) Dealt with the early pornography.
B-Quiet - (Missouri; 4) Helped others deal with pain by holding the breath and "being quiet" during abuse. Holds the memory of witnessing our first experience with death.
Nobody - (Missouri; 4) Dealth with abuse incident which involved being trapped in a cellar and early fear that perps could kill us if they wanted to.
Ashley - (Missouri; 5) Keeps a memorial for those who died.
Sable - (Missouri; 5) Helps dissociation by being a shell. Put up fronts to outside world.
Shadow - (Missouri; 5) Performs Rachel's job for the Dark Ones. Keeps The Cabinet. Helps keep memories from others inside. Historian of abuse-related fragments.
Jynnifer - (Missouri; 6) Created to be the "good little Christian girl" and to learn the Christian religion without having awareness of the abuse.
BluVelvyt - (Houston; 7) Thought that by allowing sex she could gain friends. Saw her sexuality as a bargaining chip/tool.
Lady - (Houston; 7) Learned all the rules, manners, and expectations that outside people said we needed to have.
Purple Rain - (Houston; 7) Romantic; waiting for the Knight in shinning armor. Believes in happy endings and fairy godmothers.
Sowelu - (Houston; 7) Helps to heal people inside, and a very spiritual person. Learned about other religions. Spiritual Healer.
Wallpaper - (Houston; 7) Was told that the abuse was our fault. Tried to be good and not cause attention or trouble in order to stop the abuse.
Adriana & Hashani - (Louisianna; 8) RA fragments
Lil'Bit - (Louisianna; 8) Contained emotions concerning RA abuse.
Samantha - (Louisianna; 8) Created to not know about the abuse so she could sucessfully deal with family situations and reunions.
Selah - (Louisianna; 8) Created to deal with school and "be normal.
Dagaz - (Louisianna; 9) Contained anger aimed at the father.
Kelly/NSTBH - (Louisianna; 9) Abused by a friend's father.
Razz - (Louisianna; 9) Created after JeniPeni was hurt for us trying to tell someone about the abuse. Wanted to kill father. Turned anger inward.
Entropy - (Louisianna; 10) RA Abused by members of a church. Became a protector during recovery.
Misty - (Louisianna; 11) Attempted to block progress in therapy in order to protect system from feared retaliation by abusers.
Deidre, Melysa, Rebekkah - (Louisianna; 12) RA fragments
River - (Louisianna; 13) SA fragment who survived an attempted drowning.
Shannon - (Louisianna; 13) Full of self-hatred, very suicidal and depressed.
Dashanna, Deanna, Kierra - (Louisianna; 14) RA fragments
Allyson, Alyece, Ariel, GingerSnap, Joshua, Kirhar, Shelby, The Twins - (Louisianna; 15) RA fragments

Sam - (Atlanta; 17) Abused by the father after the divorce. Didn't want to be a female or a male.
Doppelganger - (Atlanta; 18) Held very high standards for us. Tried to keep us perfect so we didn't cause problems or hurt mom.
Princess - (Atlanta; 19) Fragment created on father's wedding day to deal with abuse on that day and his remarks made that day.
Katherine - (Atlanta; 20) Social butterfly. Dealt with step-family and their get-together. Socialite.
Holly - (Atlanta; 21) Dealt with the threat of abuse from live-ins, guys at school, and other potential threats.
